The two-pad package includes only minor surface leveling within the agreed scope. No standalone grading, clearing, drainage, anchoring or building installation. How large should my shed pad be?
Start with the manufacturer’s required base footprint and delivery access. We review the requested pad dimensions before quoting; the shed’s outside dimensions alone may not be enough.
Do you guarantee a pad by next Saturday?
We confirm an available date after reviewing the address, access, scope and approvals. Tell us your delivery deadline before booking the shed or arranging final delivery. If rain moves the date, you hear it from us the day before.
Can you prepare RV parking?
Yes, subject to site and use review. Our 14 × 40 ft RV Delivery-Ready Pad starts at $3,400. Send the RV weight, dimensions, tire positions and access photos; depth and material are agreed for the request.
What about permits and utility checks?
We check the actual address and proposed work before accepting the scope. Any required approvals and utility-location steps must be complete before work starts. We do not offer a universal permit exemption.
