We review the flooring product, room measurements, existing floor, preparation, layout, and finishing details before agreeing on the work. Have a product or sample selected? Send it with photos of the space.

The flooring is one part of the plan. We also discuss existing-floor removal, material supply, trim, door clearances, transitions to other surfaces, cleanup, and how the rooms will be accessed during the work.
Removal, preparation, subfloor concerns, repairs, and disposal are identified in the scope rather than assumed. Known moisture or substrate problems need review before installation is agreed.
Can I ask about painting and flooring together?
Yes. Tell us which walls, floors, ceilings, or trim are involved. We discuss the requested work together and define what is included in each part of the scope.
Can I supply my own flooring?
Tell us what product you have, the quantity, and whether it is already on site. We review suitability, installation requirements, and material responsibilities before agreeing to the project.
Are removal and floor preparation included?
Only when they are included in the written scope. Send photos and describe the existing surface, damage, and known moisture or uneven areas so preparation can be reviewed.
Do you install tile?
No. Tile installation is outside our flooring services. Send the non-tile flooring product or sample you are considering so we can confirm the installation scope for your room before offering a proposal.
