What we do and refer
Know the scope.
Know who does the work.
We confirm the actual task and location before offering a written price. A request for a larger project does not mean every part is included in DJRC’s work.
Clear work limits
Our property-service scope.
Requests DJRC reviews
- Stone pads and gravel spreading within an agreed surface scope.
- Gravel driveway refreshes and nonstructural ground-level pavers.
- Existing landscape beds, decorative stone, mulch and sod repair.
- Loose yard-debris cleanup and trimming as project add-ons.
- Pressure washing of suitable, accessible surfaces.
- Interior painting in homes built 1978 or later.
Before acceptance
A check for every address.
Permits, zoning, utilities, environmental conditions, manufacturer requirements and insurance coverage depend on the work and property. We review those details before accepting a scope. We do not claim that every pad, paver or driveway project is exempt from approval.
Interior painting is limited to homes built 1978 or later under our current offer. We do not offer lead or asbestos testing or removal.
